Details
This is a bug I've seen probably since 1999 if not eralier but I can't find it
in Bugzilla. Now and then newsgroup posts are displayed as "expired" even though
ther most certainly are not. Trying to read them again often shows the real post.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
These steps works from time to time.
1. Go to a newgroup with several unread.
2. Press 'n' to go to an unread post.
3. Before it is loaded (within a second or so) click 'b' to go to another post.
4. Press 'n' to go back to the first post
WHAT HAPPENS
The article is displayed as expired (might need to repeat this several times to
reproduce).
WHAT IS EXPECTED
The article is displayed
Most users don't realize that the article is really there so I see this as a
kind of data loss. I've also answered several questions on n.p.m.m-n about the
"expired" posts in Mozilla.
