Based on a test at http://51degrees.com/Resources/User-Agent-Tester, we can close this now (I don't see is_smartphone in the results, but everything else is accurate).

If you use a Firefox for Android UA string, it does give you IsSmartPhone. IMO we should probably try to make sure FxOS is classified the same way.
