Tested on 2014-02-04 using latest Fx29. I am not able to scroll through the tab strip using the hardware keyboard.

Steps:
1. Open Firefox in Windows 8 Touch mode.
2. Open several tabs such that you need to scroll through them to see the rightmost, for example.
3. Swipe down to see the tab strip, and then using the hardware keyboard (Surface Pro 2, Type 2 Cover), use the right arrow to move on to the next selected tab.

Expected: I should be able to use the keyboard to select the next tab to the right for example. Maybe pressing the enter key should take me to it.

Actual: I can't use the right/left arrows to scroll through the strip.
