STR:
1)Visit http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ and select either Aragonese or Xhosa, isiXhosa download links
2) They are all 404s

Expected Results:
1)User should be able to download Firefox successfully

I think these locales were not shipped in the latest ESR release. We need to remove from the organizations page.

As I wrote on IRC, they weren't shipped in ESR but in the standard release

And we have builds on FTP, so I have no idea

The problem is in product-details. Those entries in the file should not have info for ESR:

Sorry everyone,  this is my fault.  First time doing the more detailed work around shiping new locales. Please remove the ESR entries.  Including those was my mistake.

ESR builds for these locales commented out in r124397, tested bedrock locally after running 'manage.py update_product-details' and all is fine, you can update the site.
