Description:
When typing a SMS message, no maximum character limit is ever defined. A page counter appears on the right side of the screen after the first page is filled, and will continue counting until 10 full pages are filled.  After the 10th page of characters is filled, the SMS is converted to a MMS and the user is allowed to continue typing. No counter or limit is displayed after this point.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated buri to BuildID: 20140203181708 
2) Tap SMS icon on the bottom of the home screen
3) Create a new SMS message
4) Begin typing any characters in the message area
5) Observe page counter appear and begin counting on the second page
6) Continue filling with characters until 10 pages are filled
7) Observe SMS be converted in to a MMS and user able to continue typing with no counter or limit present

Actual:
No character limit is ever defined for user

Expected:
Character limit is defined

currently, you can get this message by adding big attachments using this STR:

* open the Music app
* select a big Music song
* press the share button
* press Messages item

When you do the opposite way (from Messages, press attachment icon, press Music, select a big Music file, accept), then another message is displayed.

Hope this helps.

That said, I found that message disappears, which it shouldn't. I'll file another bug for this.
