968021 - Track changes in content providers other than BrowserProvider

As a consequence of us using BrowserProvider as a proxy for the browser as a whole, we don't get the benefit of Android's automatic syncs for changes to tabs, passwords, etc.

We should remedy this by registering content observers for these other providers.
