When using pagedown or pageup keys to scroll in the larger text in textfield,
cursor does not move in text but stays in the same position. 

So after scrolling by page keys and then pressing "up" or "down" key the text is
scrolled back to position where cursor was left. 
I experience this on NT (service pack 5) and Mozilla 0.9.3.
