968249 - Make git-hg mapfile public

When dealing with b2g bugs I'm often presented with hg checksums.  It would be much easier to find the corresponding git commit by grepping through a mapfile than by grepping by commit message and dealing with potential backouts or cherry-picks or the like.

Ehsan says releng has this magical git-hg mapfile :)
