When Android payments are working we'll need to let developers know that they can select Android in the developer hub. In the past we've restricted paid apps to being only on Firefox OS. We'll need to get people to manually come and select Android if its appropriate. An email to all the people with paid apps maybe?
David - can you let us know what you want here? This sounds like a job for the exact target crew.

product / marketing is preparing for a second wave of communications with app devs on this. (niran/Scott/Karen R/Havi/Coggins etc)... it will happen after both payments and the apps assessment land. we'll open bugs again at that time.
