968493 - write SP to scrape release info from reports for b2g

For bug 928051 we don't have a good source of "trusted" b2g release info, so we'll need to scrape it out of reports into an intermediate table (analogous to the ftpscraper->releases_raw process)

This is arbitrary data supplied by the crash itself, so we can't consider it trustworthy.
