Details

When receiptverifier library gets an expired receipt it should hit the API being written in bug 968535. It does this by finding the URL in the reissue field in the receipt and then calling the API added in bug 757226. https://github.com/mozilla/receiptverifier If the server is down or not accessible it should fail, it would be up to the app developer to decide how important it is to have that receipt.
