* As a product owner, I'd like to see a proposed automatic translation experience that uses the Google Translate API which has been offered to us by Google.

2.  Acceptance Criteria:
* Product Manager can review a proposed UX flow for an automatic translation experience that leverages the Google Translate API (https://developers.google.com/translate/).
* Product Manager can review a proposal to stand up a prototype of this UX flow for internal testing only.
