Details

After wiping the profile and restarting the device (to generate a new profile) the bluetooth device name persists. STR 1. Go into Settings > Bluetooth and set a custom name 2. Wipe the profile or shallow flash the device. 3. Restart the device 4. Go back into Settings > Bluetooth, note the name Isn't this the sort of thing that should be kept in Settings and managed via profile? Device: Hamachi Gaia ea4a1f0d94a995486ed219f47132949071ecc172 Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/262e73a6b7cd BuildID 20140206160203 Version 30.0a1
Bluetooth name managed by bluetooth stack (bluez or bluedroid) database. Configuration is under /data/misc/bluetooth (bluez) or /data/misc/bluedroid. You need to wipe userdata partition. Is that what you want?
Yes I already understand it's kept elsewhere but this doesn't seem right when the value is configured by Gaia (via Settings app), the information should be contained/managed in the Firefox profile?
Firefox OS is not being worked on
