Details

Even on B2G, we only need touch caret on device with touch screen. For the ones ,which as no touch screen, such as TV or setup box, there is no reason to show touch caret. Have an option to show/hide touch caret
Looks like the implementation of bug 924692 had cover this requirement, close this one
