I ran my app through the validation script on Marketplace. I did *not* have a 60x60 icon referenced in my manifest and the validator recommended that I have one, also pointing to a page that said that the first size icon Firefox OS looked for was 60x60. So, I added the 60x60 icon and ran the app through the script again. This time I got a message telling me that I should have a 90x90 icon, but pointing me to the same help page suggesting that I needed a 60x60 one. I've attached my manifest file for reference.
This is definitely wonky and the issue seems to be deeper than just the 60x60 and 90x90 case. We're looking for some guidance in 924629 to sort this out.
