STR: 1. Overflow the tab-bar. 2. Close tabs until all tabs are fully visible on the tab-bar. Actual: a) The tab-bar looks scrollable, (the left tab-curve of the first tab) or (the right tab-curve of the last tab) is not in view, the scroll-buttons are visible (scrolling with the mouse-wheel does not scroll the tab-bar). b) Tab-bar remains overflowed even though all tabs are fully visible on the tab-bar (not counting one tab-curve). Expected: Tab-bar should "underflow". Note: The scroll-buttons take up enough space to accommodate the left tab-curve without overflowing the tab-bar.
