MDN doesn't acknowledge and showcase our users who help to promote MDN.

Who would use this?
===================
Evangelists, advocates, reps, and other developers who blog about open web technology with the Promote MDN WordPress plugin.

What would users see?

A visitor will see an "MDN Promotion" area when viewing the profile of a user who has installed Promote MDN.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
A user installs the Promote MDN plugin, gives the plugin their MDN username, verifies ownership of the account via email verification, then check "Notify Mozilla" when blogging about Open Web Technology.
