96987 - Visited links don't change color until we refresh the page

The easiest way to spot this problem is if you have two separate frames, and one
holds bookmarks and the other displays the content where those bokmark/link
point to.
That way when you click on the bookmark/link only destination frame actually
refreshes.  
The link won't change color showing its state(visited) until you manualy refersh
the frame.

Version is I beleive 0.9.3

This look like a dupe of bug 78510 to me... please read the first description to
verify.
