Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from Firefox 26 to Firefox 27. Set my download directory to my D drive through the Options menu.


Actual results:

Instead of downloads doing to the D drive, as they did in Firefox 26, they went to C:\Users\Me\Downloads.


Expected results:

Downloads should be going to D:\, not C:\Users\Me\Downloads.
