970178 - multi-select drop down dismissing when selecting items not visible in browser view

When you attempt to select items under the multi-selection drop down that are not being displayed in the browsers list, the multi-select drop down list will dismiss every single time. This works correctly when unselecting items from the list but not when selecting them.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Open the test case that's available in Bug #960354 Comment #1
3) Tap on the multi-select list (1 - 12 is currently visible)
4) Select "Item 24" from the multi-select drop down list
5) You'll notice that the multi-select drop down list dismisses (the browsers list will shift to the area that you selected)
6) Tap on the list once again and select "Item 1", the multi-select drop down will dismiss again

Current Behaviour:

- Selecting an item under the multi-select drop down dismisses the list when a user selects an item that's not being displayed in the browser's list

Expected Behaviour:

- The multi-select drop down should never dismiss when a user is selecting items. It should only dismiss once they tap on the screen or do another action that warrants dismissal is taken.

Reproduced the issue using the following builds:
