970181 - taping around the screen highlights entire multi-select list

When you have an item selected in a multi-select list, taping somewhere else on the screen will sometimes highlight the entire list orange. I've found this using the test case that was added in Bug #960354 Comment #1.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Open the test case found in Bug #960354 Comment #1
3) Once you have the test case loaded, tap on the multi-select list to initiate the drop down list
4) Select a few items using the multi-select drop down list
5) Tap anywhere on the screen to dismiss the multi-select drop down list
6) Tap around the white spaces a few times and you'll notice that the entire list is being highlighted orange sometimes (doesn't always happen)

Current Behaviour:

- When you tap around the white spaces once you've selected an item under the multi-select list, the entire list will sometimes highlight orange (doesn't always happen)

Expected Behaviour:

- Taping on the screen should never highlight the multi-select list
