This was introduced by https://github.com/mozilla/mozbase/commit/d3a366efbfa2e41bc9d32f989fb06db40ce52956

Now I'm trying to sync it to m-c, but something isn't playing nice with how our automation is set up. After a quick investigation I'm at a loss. I've verified the files are getting copied into the test package, and that the desktop_unittest.py mozharness script is installing mozbase packages from the test package.

It fixes the issue, so I'll land it in github.
