Details
Build - 2/10/2014 Nightly STR 1. Go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/mediarecorder/ 2. Under "Setup GUM Stream for Media Recorder", select the following & setup: ** Enable Camera ** Mime Type = video/webm 3. Accept permissions to access your camera 4. Select start recording 5. 3 seconds into the recording, select mute media stream 6. 8 seconds into the recording, select unmute media stream 7. 12 seconds into the recording, select stop recording 8. Select the blob URL generated Expected When the media stream is muted, the playback of the recorded video should show black frames. Actual When the media stream is muted, the playback of the recorded video repeatedly shows the last video frame rendered by the camera.

The same issue as Bug 1029316 and use that to track/fix this problem.
