Details

Mozilla 2001082203 in Windows ME. The browser when initiating a session brings always the cache copy. If you try to reload from the server (reload), it keeps the old versión. Checked against Netscape, the page had changed, specially the newspaper opening pages.
This was a blocker at one point last week... should be fixed now. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 96480 ***
