Steps to reproduce:
Given I have an embedded video (a YouTube video inside an iframe) inside a frameset (so that it's in <frame>, alongside a different frame), I click the Full Screen option on the YouTube video.
Actual results:
The video fills the frame, and the window expands to fill the full screen (as if I had pressed F11), but the video does not fill the full screen: The other frame is still visible.
Expected results:
The video fills the full screen. Any other frames in the frameset are not visible.
