User Story

FTULauncher needs to be instantiable and
* ready() should return a promise when the ftu check is done
* Register 'isFtuRunning' and 'isFtuUpgrading' to service and remove all FtuLauncher reference
* Lazy load in appWindowManager

We need ftu_launcher.js to be instantiable and let bootstrap or its parent module to instantiate it.
Also jsdoc + unit test improvement wanted.
