Steps to reproduce:
Have Thunderbird "message bar" visible. Select "Tag" dropdown menu within that (showing as "Etichetta" in Italian, see attachment).
Actual results:
The second menu item shows "Gestisci i Tag", with the word "tag" left untranslated. In the rest of UI that has been translated as "etichetta".
Expected results:
The second menu item should read as "Gestisci le etichette".
By the way, probably the dropdown menu in itself could be titled "Etichette" (plural form, instead of singular), as there is the place where you manage many tags, not a single one.
