Currently we don't do this on Window. But on Mac and Linux, I believe that we may have code which load htmlXXXX.properties into the memory for fallback rendering. html40LAtin1.properties html40Special.properties html40Symbols.properties transliterate.properties htmlEntityVersions.properties We find a way to delay the loading of these files at Mac/Linux startup to speed up the startup performacne
