971821 - Interests may need to be updated when pages are removed

An initial feedback for the patches related to bug 891564 was that page removal was not actively handled. There's a decision of what should be the appropriate behavior when a page is removed similar to if history is cleared, should computed interests be cleared.

This might depend on what UI users have access to, e.g., if we ever show "you're interested in X because you visited A" but the user has removed site A, it may be confusing to see that. But if we only ever show users lists of interests: X, Y, Z; it may not be as relevant to 100% cleanly fix up interests that happened to be triggered by site A or specific pages from site A.
