Bug 931116 only disabled specific dom/plugins mochitests for b2g-desktop, but we should really just exclude that directory as plugins are not supported there.
ahalberstadt, i think you wanted to eliminate this with some other bug, but in the mean-time there was the next person falling into that trap (bug 967694), so let's please do this to avoid more developer time being spent there.
