[PP] Personal Address Book icon Addr Picker does not match the size of the
"Personal Address Book" text

Release build 1999071208 Windows NT 4.0.
Have not tried Mac or Linux platforms yet, hence, I'm marking the bug [PP] for
now.

1)  Start Messenger
2)  Compose a new message
3)  In the compose window, click the toolbar button to bring up the Address
Picker

Actual Results:  Notice that the icon next to the "Personal Address Book" entry
in the left pane is really large and you can see the pixels in the icon.

Expected Results:  The icon should match up with the height of the "Personal
Address Book" text much better.

Note:  I do not have any addresses in my personal address book, in case it makes
a difference.  I'm running 1024x768 resolution.

I had leaf check in (as I dont know how to check something in!) a new
myaddrbk.gif that I modified (the original had some transparent and other
problems) and it fixes this problem.

Yay! I actually fixed a bug!

Using 19990810 on win95 and mac (no cards in my address book, which is when I
saw the problem the most), I opened the Select Addresses (aka Address Picker)
and the Address Book, the icon looks fine.  Verified.
