In the grand scheme of things - where does having more sources of contacts import rate with you guys?  And is yes - which is the next source?  OSX?  Facebook (legal implications)? working to sync back end?

I'd say that windows address book and OSX rate low in terms of priority against online address books given the relative share of people using it.

There are 2 areas we need to improve our contact support on:
* Back-end contact storage support - important for cross device support
* More contact provider support - important for user happiness

We're having separate discussions on these - I'll Loop you in.
I don't see anything landing on this front before Fx38 because of sharing and IM priorities.
