Now that we have the Mozilla ammeter out in the wild, the marionette test scripts need to fully support the new ammeter for automated testing of power consumption.
Similarly I think we should have one for |make test-perf|. See bug 972153

We can't do full marionette integration with the ammeter just yet because we can't turn off the USB charging circuit yet.
