Description:
After initiating a call, calling another device results in the second number being truncated. This occurs both when the status next to the number reads "Connecting" as well as when it shows the call time. The issue persists when the two calls are merged into a conference call.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140213004002
2) Open dialer app
3) Dial number and initiate call
4) After call connects dial second number and initiate another call
5) Observe number on screen while connecting call as well as before and after merging into conference call

Actual:
Second number in conference call is truncated.

Expected:
No numbers truncated in dialer.

Probably a regression and a bad one at that - you don't understand the phone number you are connected to. Can we check the behavior on 1.2 to confirm this doesn't reproduce there?

Wait - is the truncated number confirmed to be different than the number above it? Or is it the same?
