found using 2001.08.27.05-comm bits on OS X. not a problem on Mac OS 9.1, nor on the other platforms. go to Tasks > P&S > Understanding Privacy. observe that the titlebar for Understanding Privacy is obscured by the menubar. i don't think clicking on the window brings it to the front [i'll doublecheck tomorrow when i'm in the office again].
