User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140213004002 Steps to reproduce: Set up new sync on my main firefox. Set up new sync on a new firefox. There was no option to choose how to merge. The old sync offered merge, use new, use existing. Actual results: My new firefox defaults got merged with my existing set up. Expected results: What I wanted was to populate the new firefox with my existing setting.
