Steps to reproduce:
Visit a web site that uses the Geolocation API, e.g. http://html5demos.com/geo
This is on my Windows 8.1 x64 laptop with my home Wi-Fi connection. I've tried setting geo.wifi.logging.enabled to true, as well as using a clean profile. I'm seeing a successful request to http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js/AuthenticationService.Authenticate, but nothing happens after that.
Actual results:
Firefox didn't ask for permission and didn't provide my location to the web site.
Expected results:
Ask for permission, expose location. Works fine in Chrome.

Apparently, I needed to run Firefox as administrator once. After that, geolocation started working. Closing as WFM, though something is definitely amiss.
