Based on a lose discussion via mailing lists -

shared data sets, either browser can update and submit:

org.mozilla.appInfo.appinfo
org.mozilla.appInfo.update
org.mozilla.appInfo.versions
org.mozilla.sysinfo.sysinfo
org.mozilla.profile.age
org.mozilla.addons.counts
org.mozilla.healthreport.submissions
org.mozilla.sync.devices (?)
org.mozilla.sync.sync (?)
org.mozilla.places.places

data sets that need to be split on in metrofx:

org.mozilla.appSessions.current,
org.mozilla.appSessions.previous

data sets we need to be sure generate the same data in both browsers:

org.mozilla.addons.addons
org.mozilla.addons.plugins


keys that need to be added:

- under org.mozilla.addons.addons, add some sort of metrofx app id compatible flag for each addon.

This list may not be complete.
