972906 - information under "About" flyout can be swiped left/right

In both Aurora & BETA, you'll be able to swipe the "About" information under the flyout to the left and right by simply taping and swiping to either side. User's shouldn't be able to swipe around any of the flyout menu's.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Slide in the windows charm and select "Settings -> About"
3) Once the "About" flyout slides into view, you'll notice that you can swipe the "About" to the left and right

Current Behavior:

- You can swipe the information that's found under the "About" flyout to the left and right

Expected Behavior:

- User's shouldn't be allowed to swipe the information under the "About" flyout. The information should appear static as it does under Nightly
