Steps to reproduce:
Place an over-tall item in the nav-bar to make it taller than normal.
Actual results:
Show bookmarks icon (next to star) stretches to the full height of the toolbar. The width is unchanged.
Expected results:
Icon should stay at 16x16 like all other icons, or possibly resize in both height and width.
