Flame

1. launch email
2. setup email
3. open drawer

Expected: drawer background goes down except for the where the tool is.
Actual: not so much so... see screenshot.

Note : 
1. Calendar does not have this issue.  
2. also reproduced on Leo.

Andrew, why do you think this is a duplicate of bug 965389?  This doesn't reproduce on Calendar.

We've been duping all of the mysterious black background bugs to that bug for some reason.

If the problem goes away when you turn off APZ for e-mail and restart, then that rationale holds, although maybe we need a different bug to re-dupe all the e-mail bugs to.  If the problem persists despite APZ being off, then un-dupe.

I am unsure about what version of gaia that will be needed for flame, but if it is 1.4, then I would likely want to fix this by just making it obsolete when the email drawer change in bug 940132 lands.

Correct, Flame will ship with 1.4.

if left side items less than on page, this problem will happen
