97332 - Images completely loaded, but only partial displayed

I encountered problems with images, only being displayed partial. The image is
completely loaded. You can see that, by moving the visible part of that page, so
that the image isn't visible any longer and then scrolling back to the image.
I found that bug more than one time. It seems to be reproduceable, since a
forced reload allways shows the same behavior.
On the URL http://www.heise.de/newsticker/data/dal-27.08.01-000/ you can see
this bug an the image 'aufmacher.jpg', where only about 70% are displayed.

With e slow connection I saw two 'holes' in the image border (placeholder, while
it is being loaded) at about 70% from the top, right and left border. The image
will only be displayed till here.
There is another image 'null.gif' at the bottom of that image 'aufmacher.jpg',
which seems completely not to be displayed. Since this image is used more than
once on that page, this bug seems to result from that one, I described above.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. URL: http://www.heise.de/newsticker/data/dal-27.08.01-000/
   (wait, untill the page is completely loaded)
2. look at the image 'aufmacher.jpg': it is displayed only partial
3. scroll downward, till the image isn't visible
4. scroll upward again
5. see the complete image and smile ;)

Actual Results:  the image is visible in whole

Expected Results:  hehe, it would be nice, if Mozilla would display the whole
image at first try... ;)

Sorry, I dont know, where the problem exactly is. I guess, the rendering engine
or the image library...

Dup of 94818 ?

Anyway interesting: the image even appears if I only move another window (i.e.
force repainting) over the mozilla window. But it will only show up 70% if I hit 
reload.

Confirming bug on build 2001082703, Win2000.

96247 has the same URL for all intensive purposes.  Same problem.
