Steps to reproduce:
Start Firefox
Open multiple tabs.
Move tabs and see the minimize and maximize buttons get disabled
Actual results:
The minimize and maximize tabs changes color to disabled while moving tabs
Expected results:
the minimize and maximize buttons should not change color.
