97356 - scrolling addressee list results in blank address entries

i couldn't quite find an existing bug for this, but pls dupe if it does exist.
i've been seeing this for about a week or so, so i *think* it's a regression.
i've seen it on linux, and nbaca has seen it on win32.

1. open a mail composition window.
2. in the addressee area, enter an email address.
3. repeat [2] until the scrollbar appears in the addressee area --about four
entries would suffice.
4. scroll upwards to view the first couple of address entries.

result: the first two entries are blank, ie, not painted at all. i cannot select
or get a cursor for those "blank" entries [bug 58921?]. attempting to force a
redraw doesn't seem to repaint the entries either [eg, resizing window, resizing
the compose area, resizing the attachment/addressee area, minimizing/restoring
the window].

however, at least the entries aren't lost [no dataloss], as the email is sent to
all addressees [vrfy'd by checking my Sent mail folder].
