Details

Stack and queue operations are very common, nsTArray should support them.
Unless this is very urgent, please wait to implement this until bug 968520 is done.

I think there's some kind of law of nature where every time in a project someone says "don't fix X, it will be replaced by Y" he's dooming Y to take twice as long as previously estimated.
