Description:
When choosing to close the notification at index 1, the notification is currently being shown is not closing

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140218004003
2)In browser type in URL: http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/
3) After permission is granted tap "show notification"
4) Select "Get" under the "get notification"
5) Select to close the notification at index 1

Actual:
The notification that is currently being shown is not closed & logcat didn't  show the evidence of onclose firing on both the notification shown previously & one that was retrieved via get

Expected:
Then the notification that is currently being shown should be closed & logcat should show evidence onclose firing on both the notification shown previously & one that was retrieved via get

I can reproduce. I'm seeing this in my log:

I noticed that user cannot close the app with "index 1" after selecting "Get" under the "get notification"
But it can be closed directly when after "show notification" tap the "close with Index"
