+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #962649 +++

We shall dispatch 'stackchanged' event whenever this._current is changed or the order of the stack is changed.
Currently we dispatch a stackchanged for goPrev(), goNext() and every time we handle and event [1].

What are we missing?
