The personal toolbar buttons look a lot like html links
to me. So shouldn't they act like links and open a new
window when you click using the middle mouse button?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on personal toolbar link with middle mouse button


Actual Results:  Nothing

Expected Results:  Open URL in new Window
