When Bug 974600 is resolved, we'll need to upgrade our versions of gaiatest for b2gperf and b2gpopulate.

For b2gperf it was also necessary to bump the b2gpopulate dependency so there's no gaiatest version mismatch: https://github.com/mozilla/b2gperf/commit/59d4be476a1c8888a03e68ace75e5aceae3d299a
