After discussion in #releng and seeing Bug 974608 we realize we need to configure holly properly like aurora and not a trunk branch, this *should* do it.

WFM. If this is going to track Aurora in the future, you should probably add a # MERGE DAY comment. (And it'd be nice to have a way to not have to remember to update this, but never mind that.)
